Architecture Review
This virtual service includes a comprehensive review of your architectural plans. We start with a kickoff meeting to review your plans, inspiration images, and details. We'll suggest improvements for interior and exterior changes, including room layouts, electrical placement, door swings, walkways, tile and stone choices, cabinetry design, lighting, plumbing, and paint selections. Furniture layouts and material selections may also be proposed.
Next, we'll present our suggestions with sketches, inspiration images, or revised plans, followed by one round of revisions. We’ll coordinate with your builder or architect to confirm feasibility. Finally, we'll finalize the revisions and conduct a virtual presentation, providing you with a completed deck for your contractor.

This virtual interior design service is perfect for those seeking a single or multi-room refresh without a full renovation. We start with a virtual consultation where you provide photos and dimensions of your space, along with any items you plan to keep. During this meeting, you'll share your aesthetic goals, functional pain points, and budget.In the next session, we'll present a Properly Styled Mood Board with recommended furniture and decor, along with a detailed floor plan. After incorporating your feedback, we'll deliver the final mood board, floor plan, and a comprehensive shopping list with easy links to purchase the entire look or use as inspiration to add your personal touch.
